All members receive a newsletter about three times a year, which is packed with articles and specific topics relating to intercountry adoption. This includes a specific section for the children. Members also have access to the online Members' Directory which is confidential to members.

All members are invited to attend the annual picnic/camping/ B&B weekend, usually held in June. Full members can also attend the Reunion, a weekend event in a hotel in the midlands.

The widespread nature of the membership makes it desirable to handle quite a lot of social events on a regional basis. To this end CACH has a number of Regional Coordinators, each of whom is responsible for organising social events in his or her region. Regions may also have local groups providing frequent casual meetings. Some regions are more active than others but all provide a focus for issues of concern to all of us.

The Regions are listed here:

  • Berkshire
  • Channel Islands
  • Devon & Cornwall
  • East Midlands
  • Essex (FLICA)
  • Hampshire
  • Herts, Beds & Bucks
  • Kent
  • London (S&E)
  • London (N)
  • London (W)
  • North Lancs & Cumbria
  • North West & North Wales
  • Nottingham & Yorkshire
  • Oxfordshire
  • Scotland
  • Somerset & Wiltshire
  • Surrey
  • Sussex
  • West Midlands
  • Overseas

In recent times some regions have disbanded (eg S Wales, North East, Cambridge and E Anglia) but do contact us if you live hear and want to join CACH.
